New Year Intention Ceremony

Join Jenna on New Year's Day to set the start of year with joyful intention! 

Come in full dreamer form for an Yoga Nidra Intention Meditation. Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique. Please bring a yoga mat as this technique is done lying down. 

• Pull an Oracle card for inspiration. 
• Light your fly paper and send your intention to the universe. 
• Enjoy the company of lovely women and journal your vision for the year. 
• Learn a journaling technique that will help you get to the root of an issue.
• You will receive a journal as part of the ticket price to kick off the new year.
